3.2 Product Limitations

Due to the nature of our products:

• Consumables (Food Items): All fuels, rubs, sauces, and other food products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to safety and hygiene reasons.
• Custom/Promotional Items: Personalized or custom-ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
