Istruzioni per l’uso:

1 – Coprite completamente il vostro pesce con la cura, è molto importante non usare vaschette metalliche

2 – Riponi il pesce in frigo fino a che la carne risulta soda (1-2 giorni)

3 – Risciacqua sotto acqua fredda il pesce dalla cura e mettilo in frigo una notte ad asciugare (scoperto)

4 – Affumica a freddo con la tua essenza preferita per almeno 18 h

Ingredienti: sale, zucchero, barbabietola in polvere, buccia d’arancia in grani, aneto, semi di cumino, semi di anice, pepe nero, succo d’arancia
